You may cancel a service visit at any time and receive a refund, however, a 10% service charge will be deducted from your credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear on your credit card. You may also receive a credit memo for future use or to purchase items in our retail store for 100% of your payment.
If our technician arrives at your home or place of business and no one is available to allow access, a penalty of 1 hour will be deducted from your purchase and we will attempt to contact you to reschedule the appointment.
