In home or in business service by one of our professional technicians.
We offer our services on an hourly rate basis. You may pre-purchase our services in 1 hour increments with a minimum of two hours. Any unused hours will be refunded to you as a credit that you may use for future use or as a store credit.

Once purchased our staff will contact you for details on your needs and to arrange a date and time for our visit.
- Price is per man-hour. Where more than one technician may be required, each hour is per man.
- Hours used include travel time from our location to yours so please be sure to estimate that travel time and inlcude that in your purchase.

Our technician will arrive at your location with a formal work order for you to review prior to starting and service. You will be required to sign this work order at the arrival and departure time.
In-Home or In-Office Field Services
You may cancel a service visit at any time and recieve a refund, however a 10% service charge will be deducted from your credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear on your credit card. You may also receive a credit memo for future use or to purchase items in our retail store for 100% of your payment.
